About the Trainer

Amrita Ramsingh is a certified personal trainer, nutrition consultant, family and kid’s yoga instructor and founder of CurveAppeal in Brampton Ontario, serving Mississauga, Vaughan, Toronto, Bolton, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, King City, Woodbridge, Caledon and surrounding areas.  Amrita is dedicated to helping women lose weight and keep it off for good and live healthier lives; for themselves and their families.  Amrita focuses on personal training in the comfort of your own home, or office in order to ease the hectic pace of an ever so changing and busy life; she understands the busy lives of many mothers who put everything and everyone else before themselves.  Amrita believes that you are your most important investment, without a healthy you nothing else matters. 

What we do

Amrita uses her fitness and nutrition knowledge to create a program to target problem areas such as glutes, thighs, abs etc.  CurveAppeal training sessions are unique, Amrita focuses on safe and effective training including but not limited to your own body weight, cardiovascular, resistance, bootcamp style, plyometrics, kettlebell and bosu.   Amrita uses her yoga knowledge to incorporate flexibility training with a little yoga for relaxation at the end of each session.  Clients might even get a scalp massage with their yoga relaxation.  We also offer family yoga classes to bring your family closer together.  CurveAppeal provides advice on grocery shopping with their clients to assist in the understanding of Nutrition Labels, and how to shop for health and fitness; Amrita will even cook with her clients in their kitchen to teach them what a healthy balanced plate should look like. Amrita does not believe in cutting out foods that her clients like, she works with her clients to find a healthy balance that will work for the whole family.
